There are plenty of indications of being healthy. By simply looking at the height age chart, we can already conclude if we are in good condition. Other than the height age chart, our weight is the more apparent indication we can look at to know if we are healthy.Our weight is indicative of our current health condition and is the gauge to which we can measure if all the dieting and exercises that we do are effective enough. This is also part of the reason why people who are on a diet are very concerned about their weight.Furthermore, reaching an ideal weight has become a common goal among many overweight and obese women.
A healthy weight is very necessary to a person's health and well-being. Many fitness and wellness experts can prove that having an ideal weight is important for keeping our bodies in good condition and moreover, away from any forms of sickness or diseases. Reaching or maintaining an ideal weight can lower the risks of the most common health problems and conditions. In addition, being able to achieve an ideal body mass index and a smaller waist line is a big confidence boost and helps in making a person more attractive to the opposite sex.

Apart from a well-balanced diet, regular exercise is also optimum in achieving an ideal weight. Regular exercise does not mean killing ourselves in the gym for several hours and doing heavy workout. Regular light exercises in the morning are proven to be effective in weight loss. Walking is the easiest and the best form of exercise we can do to be able to achieve an ideal weight.
