Salsa Dancing
Salsa, just like the sauce, has a hot and spicy flavor. This flirtatious dance has its roots in the Caribbean, more specifically Cuba and Puerto Rico. Being a mix of four different dances; Mambo, Danzon, Guaguanco, and Cuban Son; Salsa has developed quite a reputation for its expressive use of arms, legs, hands, and head. As a rhythmical spot dance, it gives it's participants the opportunity to sparkle as there is much freedom in body movement. Spins, shimmies and shines are elements that make this dance both fun and unique. The magical music of salsa is infectious and trendy and has gained the affections of many across the globe.
