Disco Hustle Dancing

"The Hustle" became popular in the early 70's, and featured in movies such as "Saturday Night Fever, the "fever" spread quickly. Hustle also known as touch disco, was made popular in the club scene of the 70's. And was soon danced in discotheques around the world. When you hear the fast upbeat tempo of the Hustle you cant help but start to move to the music. Hustle is with out a doubt one of those dances that as soon as you hit the dance floor you suddenly feel electric and pumped full energy. Music ranges from 70's disco to most of the most of today's popular dance club music. The dance is characterized by fast turns, spins and syncopated footwork. Drops and lifts are also common characteristics. So if you are ready for a fun upbeat lifestyle "Do The Hustle".
